Privacy notice

Updated on 14 October 2026, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version is the reference text.

Who handles your data

DPI World is a website of FAST S.R.L., Viale Cappuccini 294, 66034 Lanciano (CH), Italy, VAT IT02026290698, the data controller. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to amministrazione@fastsrl.company or call +39 0872 49518.

What is not here

The site has no forms, accounts, cart or newsletter, sets no cookies and loads no advertising or resources from other sites: even the fonts are served from dpiworld.eu.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Matomo, installed on a server of our own that is not shared with anyone. Matomo works without cookies and stores nothing on your device; it keeps only the first half of your IP address, so it cannot identify your connection; if your browser sends the «Do Not Track» signal, the visit is not recorded.

We record the pages viewed, the page you came from, the type of browser and device, the language, the country, and clicks on links to other sites, including the «Compra su Bayora» buttons. It tells us which pages are useful and which are not. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); we do not combine this data with any other and do not pass it to anyone.

The Matomo server is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, acting as data processor.

Who hosts the site

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., data processor. Like any web service, to work and to defend itself from abuse it logs some technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. Cloudflare may process them in the United States too: it takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Purchases

Nothing is sold on this site: the «Compra su Bayora» buttons open the product page on bayora.eu, the marketplace of FAST S.R.L., which has its own privacy notice. The link carries two parameters telling Bayora that you came from dpiworld.eu, and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to the contacts above. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
