Spasciani TR 2002 full face gas mask
A full face mask with an EN 148-1 screw thread: it covers eyes, nose and mouth, and takes one gas, particle or combined filter. It is the reference full face mask in the Spasciani range.
Versions and prices
The CL2 is class 2 under EN 136, for industry, farming and construction. The CL3 versions are class 3: they resist flame and radiant heat and are also used in firefighting; they come in one size, in two sizes (L/M and M/S) and with a silicone face seal.

How it is made
- Panoramic polycarbonate visor, wide downwards too, so you see steps and obstacles.
- Outer face seal with a double sealing edge.
- Inner nose cup with two valves, which moves the air and keeps the visor from fogging.
- Five-strap EPDM head harness with quick-release buckles, and a neck strap to carry it during breaks.
- Speech diaphragm, to talk to colleagues without taking it off.
- Works with a hard hat and ear defenders, and comes apart in a few steps for cleaning.
Which filters fit
The connector is the standard EN 148-1 thread, often called the «40 mm thread»: it takes any EN 148-1 screw-in filter, one at a time. With the DUPLA adapter it also takes the twin cartridges of the 2000 series. Do not use it with positive pressure breathing apparatus, or with devices that lack the EN 148-1 connector.
